At AI-Shop customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make the process of returns and refunds as easy and fair as possible. Please read our policy carefully to know your rights and how we handle each request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 3 days of receiving it. Items returned in used or damaged condition (not due to shipping issues) may not be accepted or refunded.
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@alinsaf.org or "Contact Us" Page with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item was damaged or incorrect. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
If you haven’t received a refund after the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or card provider. It may take a few days before the refund officially posts. If the issue persists, please reach out to us so we can assist you further.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Some items are not eligible for return. These include perishable products, personal care items, undergarments, customized goods, digital downloads, and items marked as "final sale." We recommend reviewing the product description before placing your order.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you wish to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and include your order number and issue details.
